• Prior to your dog’s first appointment a 15/20-minute phone consult will be arranged to discuss your dog’s history and possible vet diagnosis.
• We allow the animal time to get comfortable with our practitioner, which decreases distraction and nervous tension.
• Your dog will be treated on our hydraulic lifting therapy table. This is excellent for senior or injured dogs as it can go right down to the ground to allow them to step on easily.
• On pickup we will discuss in detail how the treatment went, any recommendations and a treatment plan for the animal will be established.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING

• The animal may sleep a lot. This allows the physical and mental healing that is needed.
• Muscle soreness/ stiffness may show crankiness in the animal, possibly up to four days. This is part of the adjustment and healing process.
• The animal may feel more alive and energetic.
• Plenty of water available helps rehydration.
• Only light exercise for 48 hours to allow maximum benefit of the treatment
